aq.chat ("we," "our," or "us") provides tools for creators to design and stream overlays with AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using aq.chat, you agree to this Policy.

  • Account Information: Email address and platform account information (such as usernames, IDs, or related identifiers from Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or other supported platforms).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser/OS metadata, and error logs.
  • Cookies: We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We may also use limited third-party advertising and analytics tools to measure and improve our marketing performance. These tools do not affect core product functionality.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

Data Retention

We retain account information and Customer Data while your account remains active. If you cancel a subscription, your data is not automatically deleted.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@aq.chat. We will delete requested data from active systems within a reasonable time, subject to legal or operational requirements (for example, payment records that must be retained for tax compliance).

System logs and de-identified usage analytics may be retained longer for security, reliability, and improvement purposes, but are not tied back to identifiable users.

International Transfers

Your data is stored and processed in the United States. For EU/UK users, transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
