How do credits work?

Credits are what you spend to generate overlays. Every account starts with 600 free credits per month. Paid plans add monthly credits, and you can buy top-ups any time.

What order are credits used in?
  1. Free credits (600 per month)
  2. Monthly plan credits
  3. Rollover credits from the previous billing cycle
  4. Top-up credits

Free credits always go first. Rollover and top-up credits act as a backup pool.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Monthly plan credits roll over for one additional billing cycle. Free monthly credits do not.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Cancel anytime. Refunds are calculated from credits consumed and time remaining on your billing period, then processed back to your original payment method.

How does upgrading or downgrading work?

Instantly. If you've used more than you've paid for, we subtract the difference from your new credits or refund. If you've used less, you keep the remaining credits.
