Our IP

We (and our licensors) own all right, title, and interest in the Services and associated technology, software, designs, templates, models, documentation, branding, and any overlays, widgets, scenes, and outputs generated through the Services (collectively, the "aq.chat Materials").

Generated Content

All overlays, widgets, scenes, and other outputs generated through the Services ("Generated Content") remain the sole property of aq.chat. While your subscription is active and your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Generated Content in connection with your streams or permitted activities. This license ends immediately upon cancellation, suspension, expiration, or termination of your subscription or account. You may not export, re-host, or otherwise use Generated Content outside of the Services without our written consent.

Customer Data

Content you upload or provide to the Services (e.g., prompts, logos, images, audio, video, fonts, or platform account information (such as usernames or IDs from Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or other supported platforms)) remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and perform Customer Data as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services.

Credits Overview

Credits are the units you spend to generate new overlays with AI in aq.chat. Each subscription plan includes a monthly pool of credits ("plan credits"), and all users also receive a limited amount of free daily credits. Additional credits can be added through top-ups, and unused credits may roll over as described below.

Credits that have already been used cannot be refunded or converted back into cash. Credits are required only for working with AI to create overlays, widgets, or similar features. Running overlays on stream does not require or consume credits, but an active subscription or trial period is required for overlays to remain available for live deployment. New users receive a 14-day trial period with full deploy access. Credits may also be used by aq.chat to calculate refunds, rollovers, or overspend adjustments as described below.

Credits & Order of Use

Credits are consumed in the following order:

• Free credits (600/month)
• Monthly plan credits
• Rollover credits (from the previous billing cycle)
• Top-up credits

Rollover

Monthly plan credits roll over for one additional billing cycle. Rollover credits expire at the end of that next cycle.

Free daily credits do not roll over.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades and downgrades are instant.

The number of "credits paid for" is determined by the fraction of your billing period that has elapsed at the time of cancellation, downgrade, or upgrade. For example, if one-third of the billing cycle has passed, then one-third of your subscription credits are considered paid for.

Credits consumed in excess of this paid-for amount are deducted from subsequent credit allocations. If future allocations are insufficient to cover the excess, the excess is converted to its dollar value and reduces the credit balance applied or refund generated.

Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel anytime and receive a refund.

Refund amounts are calculated using the same methodology described above based on "credits paid for"

Refunds are processed immediately to your payment method (though banks may take a couple of days to show them).

Top-ups

Additional credits can be purchased in the form of top-ups. These are one-off purchases that are not tied to your subscription.

Credits allocated via top-up purchases are non-expiring and non-refundable
